Great bunch that really know their stuff, have great stuff, and are genuinely into Retro gaming (and anything Retro)

really good place to sometimes just browse through some old games. they've also got some shelves with a good wide range of toys and collectibles - not sure on some of the proces though, but you do get some gems there.

Condescending and rude. I have bought skylanders models here for my kids before and I went in again today to buy and trade. My 5 year old son even had his pocket money with him to pick something out. They offered me $7 for products that were on their shelves for over $80 and when I asked for a better trade than 1/10 the value and that the owner and staff member standing over me speak to me less rudely I was told thats how they do business and was asked to leave the store. This shop just seems to buy things off ebay and mark them up, recommend buying online if it's not an emergency.

Brought an art book while window shopping from here pre-owned it wasn't shrink sealed or anything and had no price tag on it, the hard sleeve for it was damaged and covered it noticeable marks and when I went to go purchase the book unsure of the price the man at the counter didn't research it on his computer or anything he searched it on his phone and said the price was $60 I paid it bc I didn't know any better as I had gotten into the car and searched it myself I had found that it was around $40 new and I felt like a fool. I get that it's my own fault for not being smarter but still it gave an unpleasant and unprofessional vibe even with the art book not being sleeved or a pricetag.

Update: went back because I really needed those games to complete my collection. Told the guy doing all the work about being ignored earlier and asked for a discount. Had to argue the point, but got the discount. Of course won't ever buy from here again. Girl gamers beware.2 guys1 doing all the work the other large guy just sitting on his phone. Waiting at counter for quite some time. Then men come to the counter and get served, leaving me still standing there. I guess girl gamers aren't as important to these guys.
